We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at New Beginnings Pediatric Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of children and their families.


The successful candidate will manage a caseload of evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring, with a focus on family education and carryover at home and in the community. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with other disciplines (OT, PT) to support clients and deliver evidenced-based practices
  • Develop and implement family-centered treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing education and support to families

Requirements

  • Master's degree in speech therapy from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certification and valid state license to practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering high-quality care
