Speech Therapist Job Description

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students in Kentucky schools. This virtual role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' educational experiences.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will provide virtual speech therapy services to students in Kentucky, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and experience working with students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in Kentucky
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience in virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
