Weaver is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Energy Compliance Services (ECS) team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our ECS practice maximize productivity and communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with practice management to determine business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications, tools, and templates to support the ECS practice.
- Coordinate with internal and external IT professionals to create and/or update software applications.
- Provide training to company employees on effective use of software solutions in their daily jobs.
- Work closely with other professional services team members to provide ECS practice clients with business application solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- Advanced working knowledge of computer applications (SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, and all Microsoft Office Applications).
- Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure and Microsoft 365).
- Excellent detail-orientated skills to maintain high standards for data accuracy, completeness, and assurance.
- Documentation management skills.
- Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Programming experience (Python, Java, C#, etc.).
