Job Description

As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their recovery journey. This full-time position comes with a salary range of $19,500 - $22 per hour, based on education and experience.

About the Position

This role involves working collaboratively with patients, healthcare professionals, and management to ensure seamless care delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily headcounts and monitor patient activities to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Provide emotional support to patients, referring to Clinical staff when necessary.
  • Document patient behaviors and progress accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
