We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team at Delta Companies in Alaska. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide integrated substance use and behavioral health services in a hospital setting.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, such as Counseling, Psychology or Social Work, and be licensed to practice in Alaska. They will also have experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and providing customized care plans.

The salary range for this position is $64,106.95 - $96,160.42 per year, with the potential for relocation assistance up to $20,000 and a sign-on bonus of 10% of salary. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including educational reimbursement and guaranteed annual base increases up to 5% depending on inflation.

This role involves supporting individuals and their families on their healing journeys, assisting them in developing customized plans to help them walk a healthier path in life. The outpatient treatment program offers integrated substance use and behavioral health services for individuals 18 and older and their families struggling with addiction.

Our MAT program is available for the treatment of opioid use disorder, alcohol, and tobacco use disorders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and has excellent communication skills.
