This role requires a high level of expertise and experience in physical therapy, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify their level of function and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, or completion of a physical therapy residency program.
- Strong assessment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
