Are you an experienced Project Coordinator in the manufacturing sector? Do you excel in overseeing national implementations or regional projects?
We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage all facets of designated accounts as a Manufacturing Project Coordinator. This role serves as a vital link between Sales, Design, Estimating, Quality Assurance, and Operations. You will be responsible for guiding projects from inception to completion, ensuring punctual delivery and adherence to standards.

  • Comprehensive oversight of all account project elements, including development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Initiates and tracks multiple project timelines and deliverables.
  • Main contact for project communications, facilitating collaboration across departments.
  • Oversees design documentation and engineering outputs.
  • Authorizes payments for contracted services.
  • Addresses project-related challenges with sound judgment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a Project Coordinator role
  • Familiarity with point-of-purchase display or merchandising equipment manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of freight and logistics
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
