About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Snap Finance. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce settings, including flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, and dynamic layouts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration changes, including triggers and Apex code.
  • Manage sandbox environments and ensure seamless integration with production.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize platform enhancements, ensuring exceptional user experience.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to improve Salesforce data quality.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption, providing training and support as needed.
  • Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including DocuSign, IronClad, Geopointe, Copado, Own Recover, and DemandTools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration changes, including triggers and Apex code.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical information into layman's terms.
