Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age/developmentally appropriate care.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
- At least 6 months RN experience
