We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ClearSky Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients within their assigned unit. This includes assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement identified care plans and contribute to the development, maintenance, and update of those plans, identifying potential risks and contributing to corrective action plans.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, completing all documentation in a timely manner and maintaining accurate patient clinical records.
- Coordinate and delegate care and treatments with the interdisciplinary team, notifying proper personnel of real or potential problems with patient issues and quality and/or appropriateness of care.
- Provide timely and adequate supervision to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/Techs, performing supervisory Charge Nurse responsibilities as assigned.
- Identify patient and family learning needs, teaching patients and families using effective teaching methods and documenting accordingly.
- Provide timely assistance with urgent and emergency situations, such as Code Blue and Rapid Response.
- Successful completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
- One (1) year recent experience preferred, with acute care setting experience preferred.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current CPR Certification required, with ACLS certification preferred for Charge Nurse role.
- CRRN certification preferred.
