Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
  • Perform various manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order and report any safety issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
