Overview

Our stores operate from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays off. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring timely and accurate care during all operating hours.
  • Ensure the service center is clean and presentable, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Offer guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels as necessary.
  • Install new oil drain plugs and oil filters, and clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order and report any safety issues to management.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
  • Perform manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, as required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces and work in various temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
  • Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
