Job Summary

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by supervising colleagues, maintaining high-quality products, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve Customers: Prepare and serve high-quality products to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that orders are correct and complete.
  • Supervise Colleagues: Motivate and direct colleagues to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Restaurant Image: Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and meets the standards of Little Caesars.
  • Manage Cash and Inventory: Perform cash management responsibilities and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
  • Train and Develop Colleagues: Provide direction and feedback to colleagues, and follow up with coaching and counseling to ensure job duties are performed and Little Caesar standards are achieved.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Dependability and Work Ethic: Be dependable, hard working, and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
Working Conditions

The Assistant Manager will be scheduled to work according to our business needs and will be required to perform physical tasks such as lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods of time.

This position requires a valid driver's license from the state of residence, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance as a primary to complete daily banking and other responsibilities as directed by Manager or Area Supervisor.
