YOUR ROLE
As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will assist Regional Facility Service Managers (RFSMs) in planning and executing facility capital projects and equipment replacements. You will support the Facility Services Team by coordinating tasks related to renovations, preventive maintenance programs, and quarterly assessments. Additionally, you will provide direct assistance to store management regarding warranties, maintenance concerns, and crisis situations.

Your responsibilities will include creating purchase orders and tracking the procurement of goods and services. You will communicate schedules to store leadership, vendors, and project managers. You will also support store operations by initiating and coordinating the resolution of warranty, maintenance, and crisis issues related to the site, building, and equipment. Analyzing information to determine the urgency of situations and appropriate actions will be key to your role. You will liaise with contractors or independent agencies to coordinate repairs and ensure timely resolution of issues. You will assist the Facility Services Project Manager by inviting and processing vendor bids, ordering equipment, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring timely service delivery. Developing reports to reflect the status of regional information and auditing vendor invoices to control costs will also be part of your duties. You will support projects related to equipment and process rollouts and assist with vendor onboarding and training on billing processes. Furthermore, you will review and recommend payment for purchases and services while determining warranty issues. Collaboration with Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets will be essential to ensure timely payments to creditors. You will also conduct various assigned projects and compile facility services-related information for other departments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Education
• High school diploma and 1-3 years of office experience.
Certifications Knowledge and Skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with maintenance equipment and materials.
• Understanding of construction terminology, materials, blueprints, and techniques.
