Job Description:
As the Director of Med/Surg at Community Health System, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall direction of clinical operations in the medical and surgical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN degree
- Minimum 7-10 years of acute care experience, including 5 years in management or supervisory roles
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- BCLS and ACLS certifications upon hire

Salary Information:
Estimated annual salary: $125,000 - $160,000 based on location and experience.
