Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations and high productivity levels.
  • Communicate effectively with management and employees to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Place employees in the most efficient positions to maintain optimal warehouse productivity.
  • Ensure all shift closing procedures are followed and adhered to.
  • Lead a team to increase productivity, accuracy, and overall warehouse quality.
Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse systems knowledge or warehouse operations knowledge
  • Computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Ability to work in a non-temperature climate environment in a warehouse setting
  • Ability to work second shift
