Job Summary

Cambria is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials through our warehouse, from receiving and storing to shipping and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move materials around the warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient use of equipment.
  • Sort and stock materials in a timely and accurate manner, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Load and unload trailers, checking products for damage or defects.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse leads and DC managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and requirements for commercial driving.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on company vehicles.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 12 months experience in a warehouse or material handling environment, with forklift and boom experience preferred.
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and ability to operate a straight truck.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a focus on safety and quality.
