The RoleWe're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Professional Services Division as a Business Development Consultant. As a vital member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and building relationships with decision-makers in various industries, including Technology, Professional, and Administrative placements.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our dedicated team, discussing creative ways to target prospects, sharing industry insights, and best practices to drive results. We prioritize recognizing hard work and celebrating our team's achievements.
Your BackgroundTo excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of varied agency experience, preferably within a privately held staffing firm. Your background in business development, account management, and overcoming challenges from multiple perspectives will serve you well. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to pursue unforeseen opportunities are essential qualities for success in this position.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
