Job Description

As an IT Intern at Scilex Pharmaceuticals Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting our team by handling user-reported issues, building new laptops, and troubleshooting technical problems. Your strong communication skills and ability to document solutions will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve user-reported issues promptly and document solutions.
  • Configure and troubleshoot laptops, iPads, and phones.
  • Support our office network, including switches, APs, printers, and other IT equipment.

Requirements:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • One to two years of experience with computers.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and applications.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Windows operating system.
