Job Classification

Full-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Events and Food and Beverage Director and Food and Beverage Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve guests promptly at the pub, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including patios and fire pits.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine, adhering to portion control standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Accurately process payments and manage cash handling duties.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and responsible beverage service practices.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or club setting.
  • Proficient in craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Experience with keg and soda systems, as well as cash handling and Point of Sale systems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
