We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Seasonal Pub Bartender to provide exceptional service at our establishment. This role involves engaging with guests and ensuring a memorable experience through outstanding hospitality.
Job Classification
Full-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Events and Food and Beverage Director and Food and Beverage Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests promptly at the pub, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including patios and fire pits.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine, adhering to portion control standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Accurately process payments and manage cash handling duties.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and responsible beverage service practices.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or club setting.
- Proficient in craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Experience with keg and soda systems, as well as cash handling and Point of Sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
