Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our customer base and establishing KR SOLAR as a leader in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of solar sales consultants to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns

Requirements:
  • Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven work experience in solar sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
