Job Opportunity

Community Health and Wellness, LLC is seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Support Provider, you will work with individuals with disabilities, providing one-on-one therapy sessions and creating tailored programs to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy services to children and adults with disabilities, including those with TBI, PTSD, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injury, and Developmental Delay.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and clients to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Must be licensed in accordance with the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 501, or have a certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.
  • Have experience working with individuals with disabilities and a strong understanding of behavioral support principles.
  • Be able to travel to clients' homes and have reliable transportation.
  • Have valid driver's license and agency-required auto liability insurance.
