We are seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing top-notch services for individuals with disabilities throughout Texas.

Job Summary

As a Behavior Therapist at Community Health and Wellness LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adults with disabilities, providing one-on-one therapy sessions and creating tailored programs to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients with disabilities
  • Create and implement individualized programs to meet the needs of clients with TBI, PTSD, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Developmental Delay, and/or other physical or intellectual disabilities
  • Conduct evaluations and ongoing services to assess client progress
  • Complete weekly and quarterly documentation as required
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed professional in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
  • Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and agency-required auto liability insurance
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Must have access to a private laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance
