Fraud and Risk Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Fraud and Risk Specialist to join our team at bet365's US headquarters in downtown Denver. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing player accounts for fraudulent activities, managing payment transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor transactions in line with our internal risk controls to identify potential risks and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess the risk of deposit, withdrawal, and product activity to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Investigation and Analysis: Analyze customer information, betting and gaming patterns, and other forms of activity to accurately identify risk behaviors.
  • Reporting and Communication: Produce detailed reports regarding fraudulent activity and provide 2nd line support to the operation regarding fraud and risk-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Produce consistent results with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivation and Problem-Solving: Ability to self-motivate and perform a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and ability to problem-solve and find effective resolutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work to high standards while under pressure.
  • Computer Literacy: Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word MS Office products.
  • Interest in Fraud and Risk: Interest in fraud and risk management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
