Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Organ Recovery Coordinator to join our team at LifeCenter Northwest. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, managing, and coordinating donor activity, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with donor families, hospital personnel, physicians, and other related agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel throughout our donation service area, including Alaska, Montana, Northern Idaho, and Washington, to identify and evaluate potential donors.
  • Collaborate with ICU RNs, ER RNs, and other healthcare professionals to manage and coordinate donor activity.
  • Ensure strong communication and collaboration with donor families, hospital personnel, physicians, and other related agencies.
  • Meet schedule and travel requirements, and maintain accurate records of donor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster, or applicable medical or religious exemption.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
