- Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other activities designed to improve patients' physical function and mobility.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Document Patient Progress: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures.
- Communicate with Patients and Families: Provide clear and effective communication to patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Active State Licensure: Must be licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the position is located.
- Education and Training: Must have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a healthcare setting.
