Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with autism, developmental delay, and other developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting screenings and assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy services to clients in our clinic, schools, and home settings.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in our clinic, schools, and home settings
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Current NBCOT and California COTA/L or OTR/L license
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with autism, developmental delay, and other developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including clinic, schools, and home
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision options, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
