Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Data Management Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data, material, and product information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the cleansing, creation, and maintenance of master data in our ERP system.
  • Support business projects and governance, and quality operations.
  • Prepare the manufacturing plant for ERP implementation and digital transformation.
  • Ensure compliance and security of data assets.
  • Responsible for the cleansing of material master data in the plant.
  • Coordinate with plant data coordinators/key users for all concerned domains.
  • Provide localized training for plant master data coordinators and other employees.
  • Assess the performance of plant data coordinators in meeting business needs and data quality requirements.
  • Administer the One Shuttle tool for data creation, update, and deletion.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy and cycle count program in site (when applicable).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in materials management, manufacturing, quality, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
  • 1+ years of experience with data management and data quality.
  • 2+ years effectively communicating complex topics and knowledge transfer with non-technical users.
