We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer dealership phones, greet and receive customers, and direct them to the correct department.
  • Notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments.
Requirements:
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects.
  • Valid driver's license.
