Key Responsibilities- Safety First: Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Customer Focus: Efficiently manage a customer base within established routes, making an average of 50+ stops per day, and use a handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and balance daily route activities to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
- Service Calls: Complete service calls and resolve customer issues to develop strong relationships with customers and drive business growth.
- Asset Protection: Protect company assets, including collecting equipment and customer payments, and identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers to support route growth and upsell current products.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- CDL Class B license.
- Ability to adhere to Primo Water's Motor Vehicle Policy.
- Ability to meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
- Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.
- Customer service and some sales experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Some traveling required based on company needs.
