Job Overview

Bob Ruth Ford, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling finance and insurance programs and other products to customers purchasing new or used vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lending institutions, and Ford corporate contacts
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
  • State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers, and Salespersons Licensure
  • 2+ years of prior automotive sales and/or finance experience
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet-based financing applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Ford automotive experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
