Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team at Outokumpu, a global leader in stainless steel. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing and guiding the pricing department, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and growth.

• Develop and implement best-in-class pricing analyses and processes to drive revenue growth and profitability
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop competencies focused on providing customers with profitable best offers
• Partner with stakeholders to derive and implement prices for established and new products in a market environment with strong long-term growth opportunities
• Evaluate product portfolio propositions and stakeholders to drive value capture and revenue growth
• Support digital improvements for commercial pricing, reporting, and analytics

• Masters degree in business, finance, or economic discipline (or comparable experience in a pricing role)
• Excellent communication skills in English, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in another relevant industry, IT, or finance role a plus
• Strong understanding of numbers and attention to detail
• High sense of urgency, resilience, and self-motivation
• Advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with PowerBI and SQL a plus
