We are currently seeking an Aftersales Operations Supervisor for our Spalding dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize profitability across the aftersales divisions.
- Deliver a thorough reception and advisory service for clients regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, including visual inspections.
- Ensure optimal workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
- Meet established sales targets through effective sales methodologies.
- Manage Parts Inventory to minimize discrepancies and eliminate obsolete stock.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.
- Lead and coordinate the team to ensure a full workload in the workshop, collaborating with technicians to maintain quality and standards.
- Act as the Aftersales Manager in their absence.
The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience, preferably in an aftersales context, with parts experience being a beneficial asset.
