WR Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, and/or requests for materials and distribute items to designated personnel.
  • Load, unload, and check in materials with assistance.
  • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
  • Open crates and other containers and mark materials with identifying information.
  • Electronically record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Assist with counting of physical inventory.
  • Prepare parcels for timely mailing.
  • Operate a truck, forklift, and other equipment to move materials.
  • Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of warehouse experience, including:
    • Performing inventory, staging, packing, storage, and shipping of electronic equipment and related materials.
    • Operating motor vehicles and material handling equipment.
    • Utilizing a computer-based inventory and bar code system for entry, identification, and tracking of materials.
  • Able to obtain Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Able to operate fork lift (training provided).
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
