Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop diverse slates of candidates for high-volume full life-cycle recruiting assignments.
- Conduct interviews to determine candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
- Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate experience, including administering technical exercises, phone screens, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, and maintaining candidate activity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing ability, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Ability to work in a corporate environment and preferably in a business transformation setting.
