Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter II to join our team. As a Recruiter II, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a recruitment strategy to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a recruitment plan
- Managing the full life-cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Strong sourcing ability, including experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or human resources
