Position Overview

We invite you to become a part of our team as a Swim Safety Instructor at a renowned institution committed to delivering exceptional swim education for individuals of all ages. In this role, you will be tasked with instructing various swimming techniques, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and engaging in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in teaching multiple swimming styles including front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke, elementary backstroke, and butterfly
  • Proficient in implementing the American Red Cross Learn to Swim curriculum
  • Ability to react promptly in emergency situations
  • Possess a valid American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification

Physical Qualifications:

  • Must be able to swim proficiently
  • Capable of lifting at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to demonstrate and instruct all swimming techniques effectively
