Job Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining store merchandising standards and pricing integrity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of store management and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize and maintain store pricing using mobile printing stations.
  • Identify and label merchandise without vendor-provided SKUs.
  • Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to the sales floor.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safe lifting practices and company standard operating procedures.
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer product-related questions.
  • Create price tags and signage for all products.
  • Replace outdated signage based on updated price changes.
  • Return products to their correct home locations after customer returns.
  • Clean and stock products according to company standards.
  • Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKU products via email.
  • Partner with department managers to determine which products need SKUs, price changes, and returns.
Working Conditions

The employee will frequently be exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

The employee will be required to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee will often be required to use their hands and fingers to handle or feel objects.
