Job Summary

This role will assist management in making informed business decisions to sustain or improve the organization's competitive position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the bank's data to render a picture of organizational performance.
  • Interface with management and bank departments to identify and document intelligence needs.
  • Use various programs and data extraction tools to obtain data, identify trends, organize information, and generate reports.
  • Work with department leaders to analyze information and produce actionable intelligence.
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to identify and prioritize additional data development needs.
  • Provide application analysis and data modeling design to collect data for centralized data warehouse.
  • Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and to facilitate sharing between multiple data systems.
  • Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Four years of experience in an analytically focused position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred.
Working Conditions

The employee is regularly required to effectively communicate via phone/video, messaging, and email. The employee is required to use computer and office equipment such as a computer, printer, copier, as well as computer software such as Microsoft Office.
