  • Assign and monitor the performance of duties for Customer Service, operation of POS terminal, Gas Console, and Food Service.
  • Maintain adequate merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure the store and lot are maintained, safe, and clean at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
