Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver results-driven sales performance, meeting individual and branch goals while exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized financial solutions to meet their needs
  • Present financial products and services, including optional insurance products, to customers
  • Educate customers on loan terms and conditions, ensuring a clear understanding of their financial obligations
  • Partner with local businesses to identify and develop new customer opportunities
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive business growth
  • Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience
  • Bilingual - Spanish
