Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial reporting and accounting functions for private equity fund clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 7+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting and reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Competitive salary range: $90,000-$170,000
- Discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package
