Grove Bay Hospitality Group is looking for dedicated FOH staff to contribute to an exceptional dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and seating patrons
  • Taking and processing food and drink orders accurately
  • Recommending menu items to guests
  • Communicating dietary restrictions or special requests to kitchen personnel
  • Ensuring prompt and precise order fulfillment while maintaining high food quality
  • Providing attentive service, including drink refills and checking on guests' needs
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and escalating to management when necessary
  • Performing cleaning tasks in service areas, kitchen, and dining spaces
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Toast (Preferred)
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and patient attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Understanding of food service regulations and safe food handling practices
  • Quick learner with the ability to memorize menu items
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance
