We are committed to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their maximum potential.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also possess at least 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will provide clinic-based ABA services, supervise the implementation of treatment plans, conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior acquisition programs, and evaluate patient progress. You will also be responsible for maintaining your BCBA certification by acquiring continuing education credits and adhering to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
