Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads and prospects

• Work with internal teams to maximize results

• Stay current on license and education requirements

• Attend internal and external trainings to stay up-to-date on insurance market trends, local laws, and new/changed coverages

Requirements:

• Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver's licenses

• 3+ years of insurance employee benefits sales experience

• Thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and rating procedures

• Self-starter with good communication and sales skills
