Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers for day-to-day construction activities.
  • Develop and implement project work schedules, expediting critical materials and equipment for timely delivery.
  • Manage subcontractor schedule impacts and resolve productivity claims.
  • Oversee work among all trades, promoting a coordinated project operation.
  • Ensure necessary permits and insurance are in place and current.
  • Assist in maintaining the project budget and ensuring compliance with contract documents.
  • Exemplify trust and respect for all people and partners, challenging and growing their capabilities.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of building construction experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of general and subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Previous healthcare experience and ICRA knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures.
  • Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent communication skills.
  • Completed OSHA 30 hour training course.
  • Ability to develop employees by providing stretch assignments with the right blend of support.
  • Inside and outside work in all types of weather.
  • Occasionally lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
