Recreation Therapist

As a Recreation Assistant 2 at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing a continuum of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcome-based leisure activities designed to meet the physical, cultural, spiritual, social, cognitive/intellectual, emotional, and creative needs and interests of assigned residents.

• Assist in developing and implementing leisure activities that promote resident engagement and well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify resident needs and preferences
• Provide basic employment skills training and support to residents
• Operate equipment such as convection ovens, laminators, and DLP projectors
• Ensure resident safety and well-being during activities

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• American Heart Association CPR Certification and First Aid
