Clinical Therapist

Momentum For Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive assessments, case conferences, treatment plans, and strategic interventions to ensure quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and training to staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Develop, review, evaluate, and sign documentation, including those requiring LPHA signature.
- Provide treatment services, training, and support to clients, both individually and within groups.
- Assist clients with understanding their problems and developing plans to resolve them.
- Maintain regular communication with families and authorized third parties involved in the rehabilitation process.
- Master's degree in the mental health profession and one year's experience working in human services settings.
- Current licensure from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or current licensure from the California Board of Psychology (BOP) as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Licensed PhD or PsyD).
- First Aid Certification or successful completion of First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire, if assigned to residential facilities.
