Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately servicing customer needs.
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record and adhere to DOT regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
- Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
- Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory 5-year driving record.
- Ability to pass required DOT physical and operate a forklift (must be at least 18 years old).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
Work Environment:
Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety-sensitive position.
