Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Ortho-Neuro

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Ortho-Neuro team at Alaska Regional Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

About the Role
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in nursing required, Bachelor's preferred.
  • One year of Med/Surg. nursing experience preferred, Ortho/Neuro nursing experience a plus.
